VIEW REPORT

Evaluation, reflection and improvement

The unit creates and distributes online evaluation surveys to GP registrars after each educational workshop. Data from these surveys is deidentified and compiled into a report for dissemination among the medical educators, activity convenor(s), regional head of education and regional event coordinator involved in running the workshop, as well as the director of registrar education.

The internal education team then document their own reflections of the workshop to be filed along with the evaluation report for future review, and forward relevant feedback to any external presenters.

Immediate changes in workshop delivery are implemented as necessary/practicable. The unit is currently establishing methods of communicating these changes back to the registrars in order to close the feedback loop and ensure a continuous model of improvement.
